1. High Blood Pressure
When you fly high in the sky, you are at risk to develop high blood pressure. As you fly high, there is less oxygen available, and you get comparatively less oxygen to the body. If you have low blood pressure, then you will have equally no effects, but people you suffer from high blood pressure can develop hypertension during fly which can lead to coronary heart disease, heart failure, and other diseases. 2. Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) is a condition where blood clots form in the deep vein legs. Sometimes these blood clots break and move through the bloodstream causing an embolism. It occurs because flying limits the mobility of your legs and body. To get a healthy flying, keep slight movements like bending and straightening your legs also you can massage your calf muscles. These things can help you prevent yourself from Deep Vein Thrombosis because it promotes blood circulation.
3. Earache
When you fly high in the sky, there is a change in altitude which makes it difficult for ears to adjust the air pressure outside developing earache. Some people restrict themselves from this by swallowing which equalizes the air pressure to adjust both inside and outside the ears, to get healthy flying you can try swallowing, chewing gums, drinking fluids, etc.
4. Jet Legs
When you travel to places with different time zone, there is a risk of experience the jet legs. It is due to a different sleep schedule, however, you can get back healthy as soon as you adjust with new time zone.
5. Risk of getting Dehydrated
There is low humidity in the air above that is up to 10-20% as compared to normal humidity level below, which is 30 to 65%. This change in humidity develops the risk of dehydration you can drink more water to prevent yourself from getting dehydrated during fly.
